Fantastic customer service! I phoned Joey late on at the weekend and he went above and beyond for me as I was struggling and didn't know where to start! He explained everything and did his best to help. This is the second time I have used ATS Doncaster and will definitely be returning in the future!

Absolutely shocking customer service!
Attitude from the start because of a complete lack of knowledge on how to deal with a lease maintenance package, probably the worst customer service I've ever had, will certainly never use them again. Awful, just awful.

Ordered my tyres online called them up today to confirm appointment for tomorrow, no stock of the tyre i need and they offer me a cheaper alternative and say i have to pay £100 on top when they come in to get fitted.

Took car in with brake issue, greased up callipers and pistons. Fantastic service

I needed my air conditioning checking and re gassed. I spoke with them at Thornton Road Bradford and was taken through everything they would do i.e. check for leaks and then re gas. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest, he said it will take about an hour. When I returned it was all done and ready. I checked the ac and it was ice cold. Very pleased. Would recommend this branch, the service was excellent.

Mot today via Groupon @ ATS Manchester Waterloo, the most disgusting experience I've ever encountered in all my time driving.

Mot had to be aborted after the tester doing whatever/revving the engine during the emissions test blew the lower water pipe off my radiator and then basically said they couldn't help me to cut a long story short. I quote, "we don't do mechanical repairs" after I pointed out all that needed to be done was to reattach the lower water pipe which I did myself in 5minutes after buying a jack from a local shop.
They refused a refund as the mot test was carried out and they left me and my 74yr old Mother stranded miles from home. Just to add I drove the car to the Mot centre without a single issue.
The most disgusting experience from any Garage I've ever had, I have written to head office as I was that flabbergasted with how I was dealt with.

Avoid the Manchester branch as if you have your mot aborted for whatever reason they will wash thier hands of you.

*EDIT* Here is the response I got from 'Customer Services' Wow is all I can say, at no time was a abusive may I add too. There has been no damage caused by the centre. The part was defective and therefore became dislodged and therefore failed the MOT. I have also been made aware that the centre did in fact offer their assistance but this was declined at which point you became abusive to members of ATS Euromaster staff. ATS Euromaster does not and will not tolerate nor condone any type of abusive behaviour against our customers or employees and will take any necessary action against any party that does not adhere to this procedure. Therefore our original decision stands and we will be covering no costs.

Superb old skool service. Urgently needed a tyre on my cayenne today. Pete got me straight in and Coleman was really helpful and did a great job. Will be bringing the McLaren down soon lads !

Brought a voucher on Groupon but couldn’t book a slot online, called the branch in Kettering Northamptonshire and they were amazing and got me in at the day and time I’d wanted. The service was brilliant all staff members were friendly and polite and the waiting room was clean comfortable and relaxing. An all round positive experience and I generally don’t like going to garages alone I tend to find them a little intimidating. Would absolutely recommend this garage.

Absolutely brilliant experience at ATS Portsmouth. Looked after by Tom who’s customer care skills are one of the best. I will now be a regular visitor to this branch all because of this young man. 10 stars ⭐️

Very welcoming and helpful. I had a problem with my groupon voucher which they were very apologetic for even though it wasn’t their problem. They were happy for me to buy another voucher while I waited and could use it there and then. Will definitely use again. Also, clean and comfortable waiting room.

Booked in advance for two new tyres, good price with current promo on Avon tyres. Mentioned one wheel had a persistent slow leak and they inspected and then scrubbed out a significant amount of corrosion, which no-one else had done before on a tyre change. Leak now appears to be fixed. This was done as part of the change.
Noted that wear on inner edges on tyres likely to be down to misalignment, offered to undertake wheel alignment for reduced fee, whilst in shop- offer gratefully received. Car now feels significantly better to drive.
Friendly, knowledgable staff. Service, including new tyres, balance and tracking took approx 3/4 of an hour.
Would definitely use again if competitive on price.

Visited ATS at Bredbury (Hollingworth Rd, Bredbury, Stockport SK6 2AR) for an aircon regas and antibac treatment. Staff really good and kept me informed on timings. Good clean job, clean waiting room with plenty of hand sanitiser around and great service.

We got a puncture and had to make an emergency stop in Marlborough. We stopped at the local ATS. The service was impeccable. Our car was a rental, so we had to deal with the rental company, who service was deplorable. But Alastair (manager) was really kind, allowing us to use their phone and wait in the waiting room, gave a basic diagnosis, even though it looked like the rental company was sending another company. When the rental company didn’t respond after several hours, we decided to change the tire with ATS. They made time for us even though it was close to closing time. We very much appreciate their support and patience. If I lived in Marlborough, they would definitely be my mechanics!
